	The importance of maintaining connections: FCA employees care about our patrons. Our members and our board of directors want to do what’s best for our employees. To our way of thinking, it’s all connected. So long as we maintain personal connections, we provide services that answer real needs. When everyone is talking and sharing ideas, we prepare for changes in agriculture. Together, we are developing progressive solutions that will keep our members’ farming operations strong. This Web site is another tool designed to fortify our patron/employee relationship. Think of it as an after-regular-business-hours forum, filled with information you can access day or night. Mission Statement of the FCA Co-op The mission of this Co-op is to provide service to its member-owners, first and foremost, and preserve patron equity through sound investment of available resources, while maintaining its community responsibilities.

We’ve included features that make it user-friendly and efficient. Here are a few tips: Use extension numbers to get directly to the person you want to talk to. You’ll find a list on our web site or you can create your own handy reference. Take a short-cut with special speed dial extension numbers for the Jackson Feed Mill (1200) and the Jackson Agronomy Office (1400). If you can’t remember the extension, enter zero almost any time. That way you can talk to an operator who will connect you to the person or department you need. (The only time that you can’t get the operator by dialing zero is when you have entered the recording stage of voicemail.) Don’t be afraid to use voicemail, which picks up whenever employees are on the phone or away from their desks. We check our voicemail often! Need to know more about our phone system? It’s easy and convenient. www.farmerdata.com Click on the link and you’ll see a Welcome screen. There you’ll find a demo of the reports you’ll get. FCA is paying for your access to all of the features in the bronze level. Call Peggie Van Den Brink, FCA Controller, to set that up for you. To set your password At the Login type FCA Co-op and you’ll be re-directed to an FCA customer page. Click Register and fill in your information. Be sure you have your FCA account number handy as that identifies you to the system.
